To reach us about

Your match request — If you submitted the form and want to confirm receipt, update your contact info, or stop further outreach, include your reference number (starts with "ES-") in the subject line.

Data requests — To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data under CCPA, CDPA, or other state privacy laws, write "Data Request" in the subject and include the email and ZIP you submitted with.

Complaints about a matched professional — If a matched pro misrepresented their credentials, asked for sensitive information up front (SSN, bank credentials, retainer before consultation), or behaved unprofessionally, please tell us. Subject: "Pro Complaint" plus the pro's name and the contact date. We use these reports to remove bad actors from the match pool.

For professionals

To inquire about joining the ExpertSquads professional network, write to [email protected] with your state license number(s), professional certifications, certificate of insurance, and the ZIP codes you service.

Regulatory complaints

If a matched pro engaged in conduct that may warrant disciplinary action by their licensing board, you can also file directly with the relevant regulator:

· Lawyer — your state bar (find at americanbar.org/groups/bar_services)
· CPA — your state board of accountancy
· Financial advisor — FINRA (brokercheck.finra.org) or your state securities regulator
· Contractor — your state contractor licensing board
· Consumer complaint — consumerfinance.gov (CFPB) or your state attorney general
