Who we are
ExpertSquads ("we", "us") is a professional-matching service operated by ExpertSquads LLC. ExpertSquads is not a law firm, accounting firm, registered investment advisor, licensed contractor, or IT services provider. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, contracting, or IT advice or services. All services are delivered by independent credentialed practitioners in our network.
What we do
We collect basic match-request details and connect you with up to four (4) pre-screened credentialed professionals who service your ZIP code. Each pro offers a free initial consultation. Any engagement, contract, fee arrangement, or service delivery is between you and the pro you choose — not with ExpertSquads. ExpertSquads is not a party to any professional engagement.
"Free first consultation" defined
The "free first consultation" provided by matched pros is limited to an initial scope-discussion conversation. It does NOT constitute representation, engagement, a fiduciary relationship, or the formation of an attorney-client, advisor-client, or contractor-client relationship. A formal professional relationship is only established when you and the matched pro execute a written engagement agreement.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to submit the form. You must be the person whose matter you are seeking help with (or have legal authority to act on their behalf).
Your representations
By submitting the form you confirm that: the information you provided is accurate; the phone number and email belong to you (or you have permission to use them); and you consent to be contacted by ExpertSquads and up to four matched pros as described in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of outcome, price, or fit
Stats and averages shown on ExpertSquads ("4,200+ matched", "24-hr response", etc.) are based on aggregate platform data and are illustrative, not guarantees. We do not guarantee any specific match will be available in your ZIP, that any pro will be available at your preferred time, or that any specific outcome will result from your engagement of a matched pro. Pricing, timelines, and outcomes vary by professional, jurisdiction, complexity, and matter.
Third-party professionals
Matched professionals are independent businesses with their own licenses, insurance, employees, fee structures, and policies. We perform reasonable vetting (credential cross-reference, insurance check where applicable, review screening) at sign-up and on an annual schedule. We do not supervise the professional services delivered and are not responsible for individual pro decisions, advice, errors, omissions, malpractice, or disputes. Any dispute with a matched pro after engagement must be resolved between you and that pro; we will assist with documentation upon request, but we are not a party.
Regulated professions
For matters that involve the practice of law, public accounting, investment advice, contractor licensing, or other regulated services, the applicable state board, bar, or regulator has jurisdiction over the pro's conduct — not ExpertSquads. We will cooperate with any disciplinary investigation involving a matched pro.
Disclaimers & liability
The ExpertSquads site and matching service are provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertSquads's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or the matching service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
